I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. For the last twenty years, it has been an honor to support individuals and families in crisis. I provide support and counsel to individuals experiencing increased stress, anxiety, depression and other mood and thought complications. I am a trauma-informed therapist. Providing therapeutic support to those who have experienced some form of grief, loss and/or trauma. Allow me to walk alongside you as you take your journey towards healing. I take a person-centered, holistic approach when providing therapy. The session will start with a conversation. You can openly share your goals and reasons for seeking therapy. I will assess family history and your current functioning in specific areas of your life. We will together develop the appropriate plan and begin filling in the missing parts. "putting in what's missing". We will move at the pace that feels comfortable to you. The mission is that you will feel more self-aware and empowered following our therapeutic time together.
