As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that taking care of your mental health is one of the most important investments you can make in yourself. Reaching out for help isn’t easy, so I want to start by acknowledging the strength it takes to take that first step. I’ve worked with clients from many walks of life, but my primary focus is helping adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges find clarity, peace, and balance again.
n our first session, you’ll have the space to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. I’ll take the time to understand your background, concerns, and goals so that we can create a treatment plan that fits your needs. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable opening up, exploring your story, and beginning the healing process. From there, we’ll continue building practical tools and insights to help you move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
Every person has a story worth understanding and healing. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in empathy and respect. I use evidence-based methods such as EMDR, solution-focused, and couples therapy to help clients process painful experiences, manage symptoms, and rebuild meaningful connections. Once we begin working together, therapy becomes a partnership where you’ll be heard, supported, and gently challenged as we work toward lasting change.
I work with individuals and couples facing trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, and relationship or sexual concerns. No matter what you're carrying, this is a space where you'll feel heard, supported, and never judged. I also like working with clients looking for a counselor who can support the mind and body as one. I also hold my CPT and Nutrition coaching certifications.
I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach. I blend EMDR, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, couples therapy, and sex therapy based on what you actually need. Sessions are collaborative and focused on real outcomes, understanding what's driving the pain and building something better in its place.
