My treatment methods

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

I use ERP to help my clients with OCD, phobias, and panic disorder to help them live lives free from fear. We take it step by step, starting with small achievable exposures and working our way up to facing bigger fears as you grow your skills and confidence.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past five years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

"CPT" stands for "Cognitive Processing Therapy," which is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy specifically designed to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) by helping individuals identify and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs related to their traumatic experience, ultimately allowing them to develop a healthier perspective on the event and reduce PTSD symptoms; it is considered an evidence-based treatment for PTSD

Meghan has just been great! She's very understanding and knowledgeable. The one thing that stands out about her is she gives me "homework" and walks through situations with me and I really appreciate that. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10!

I appreciate the fact that she makes me think about my feelings and how they are affecting me and why. Amazing solutions and plans to help better myself. She’s very in tune with her patients. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist
