I have over a decade in experience in treating clients with addictions, traumas anxiety and depression. I have been in private practice for ten years and have a strong background working with addiction and Crisis centers in the Dallas Fort worth Area as a therapist. I have helped many people over the years, overcome all sorts of life issues and setbacks and regain their confidence.

During our first session, we will get to know eachother, I will collect your history form and go over what you would like to achieve. We will begin to develop a plan of treatment for you to achieve your goals.

I work primarily with clients who would like to reduce or get rid of anxiety, clients who would like to reduce or get rid of trauma symptoms, and those who are suffering from addiction and would like to reduce cravings and live the life they want without the addiction. I also work with teenagers with behavioral problems and general mood disorders.

My treatment methods

EMDR

My practice is trauma, anxiety and addiction focused. Clients use my therapy practice in order to resolve traumas that are holding them back, decrease anxiety and break the cycle of addiction.
