New to Grow
I am an EMDR-certified, licensed therapist with a holistic, integrative approach to healing. I believe that most people don’t come to therapy because they are “broken,” but because at some point in life, they feel stuck—emotionally, relationally, professionally, or spiritually. My role is to help clients understand what’s keeping them stuck and support them in moving forward with clarity and confidence. I meet clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences while gently helping them build the insight, skills, and emotional regulation needed for meaningful change. I believe people can and do change when they receive adequate, appropriate, and compassionate support. Therapy is not about fixing who you are—it’s about reconnecting you to your capacity to heal, adapt, and grow.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is a space to slow down, connect, and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your concerns, your goals, and any relevant personal or life experiences you’d like to share. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help clarify patterns and stressors, and we’ll begin identifying what support might look like moving forward. There is no pressure to “tell everything” in the first session. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer about the next steps in your therapeutic journey.
