Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I received my Masters and Bachelors in Social work, with an emphasis in Child Welfare and Family Therapy. I have been practicing as a therapist for 3 years. Prior to that, I worked as a social worker for psychiatric services. I help individuals of all ages and stages struggling with individual mental health struggles and complex family issues.

As a provider who has worked in mental health for the last 9-years, I understand the importance of individualizing treatment services to best support the needs of each client. Maintaining an open mind and empathic understanding to ensure my clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout their therapeutic experience.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I love working with client's ages 12+. From depressed and defiant teenagers, to adults/families/couples adjusting to the many curveballs life throws our way. Whether you have been to therapy before or are just starting your mental health journey. My hope is to support my clients in becoming the best versions of themselves.

I utilize this modality as a guide to helping clients understand their mental health patterns; where they came from, how they present themselves in our lives, and how to address the maladaptive patterns.
