My background covers a wide range of experience working with individuals and groups of all ages, diverse backgrounds and circumstances, and in various professional settings and roles. The professional settings I have experience in range from non-profits, child/family services, crisis intervention, child/youth shelters, psychiatric hospitals, schools, and private counseling. I have worked in many roles as well, including case management, social worker, counselor, teacher, supervisor, director and administrator.
The most important thing to know about me is my belief that in all of my experience, the people involved who need help and support are much more capable of handling the issues in their life than they may feel like they are at the time they come to my office. I have worked with children, families, adolescents, and adults and this has always been true. Whatever circumstance or issue causes someone to seek help, my role is to assist that person in finding ways they can handle it and with better results for them and their life. I frequently remind clients that there is one thing that every low point in their life has in common: the low points change, they pass, and things are not always like that. Our job is to move that change in a direction that benefits you and will support you in a brighter future.

You carry big responsibilities, and it’s been heavy for too long.
I work with executives, founders, business owners, and high-performing professionals who balance demanding careers with the responsibilities of being partners and parents. Together, we transform overwhelm, perfectionism, chronic stress, and work-life imbalance into clarity, resilience, and purposeful action.
We will identify blind spots, remove roadblocks, and build workable boundaries so you can lead well at work, show up at home, and feel grounded in your relationships. Excellence doesn’t require perfection and saying no is okay.
With over a decade of experience across multiple states, I blend psychotherapy with practical solutions by offering confidential, results-focused care tailored to your unique world.
I also provide corporate mental health training, parent coordination, custody evaluations, co-parenting, reunification, and other psycho-legal consultations all delivered with discretion, expertise, and a deep understanding of high-stakes environments.

I specialize in individual counseling only. I help adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress manage their symptoms and navigate life. By providing a new perspective and helping them gain insight, I facilitate meaningful change. I've worked with a variety of diagnoses and enjoy the process of helping clients achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves.
**Please Note: I specialize in individual therapy and do not offer couples/family counseling at this time.**
