This isn't a cold clinical assessment; it is simply a safe space for us to connect as humans. We will move entirely at your pace. If you are ready to dive in, I am here with a listening ear. If you need time to just breathe and share slowly, that is perfectly okay, too. There is zero pressure to unpack your entire story on day one. I will gently guide our conversation to understand the weight of what you are carrying right now, and you are welcome to ask me anything. My deepest hope is that you leave our first hour feeling a profound sense of relief—knowing you are truly seen, heard without judgment, and no longer navigating your journey alone.

Because my background also includes teaching and mentoring future professionals, my biggest strength is taking complex concepts and breaking them down into practical tools you can actually use in your daily life. Interpersonal

Our connections with others are at the heart of our well-being, but sometimes relationships, life changes, or feelings of isolation can leave us feeling untethered. If you are carrying the weight of a difficult transition, a lingering conflict, or a sense of disconnection, you don't have to navigate it alone. Using Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), I offer a deeply empathetic, safe space to gently explore how your relationships impact your emotional world. Together, we will work collaboratively to heal past relational wounds, find clarity in how you communicate, and empower you to build the fulfilling, supportive connections you deserve.

Motivational Interviewing

Change is rarely a simple, straightforward path, and it is completely normal to feel torn between wanting to move forward and feeling anchored to familiar habits. Using Motivational Interviewing, I offer a true partnership built on deep respect for your autonomy and your unique timeline. Christian Counseling

In Christian counseling, we seamlessly weave evidence-based therapeutic tools together with the guiding principles of your faith. I provide a grace-filled, non-judgmental space where you can bring your whole self—doubts, pain, and all. Together, we will seek out healing, peace, and renewed hope in a way that deeply aligns with your foundational beliefs.

Couples Counseling

Every relationship goes through seasons of disconnect, where you might feel like you and your partner are speaking two different languages. In couples counseling, my role is not to take sides, but to provide a secure, compassionate space for both of you to be truly heard and understood. Together, we will gently unpack the cycles that lead to conflict, learn to communicate your deepest needs safely, and work collaboratively to rebuild the trust and emotional intimacy that brought you together in the first place
