Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters Degree from La Salle University and have been practicing for 4 years. Life stressors may often times become too overwhelming for one individual to handle. I am dedicated to helping you explore these experiences, identify a support system, and assist you through rebuilding the necessary skills which will help you manage those daily life stressors.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Additionally, you may expect to complete a relational genogram which is kind of like a "family tree." The purpose of the genogram is to identify relational patterns and other relevant information for me to keep in mind when working with you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Throughout my professional work I have worked with individuals, couples, and families of a diverse background, which has strengthened my multi-cultural lens. I provide a warm and strength-based environment to help you reach the best version of yourself.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I provide individual, couple, and family therapy to support individuals manage stressors and becoming the best versions of themselves. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers. Regardless of what you might have heard, it is OK to seek mental health support. Engaging in therapy is simply another form of self-care.
