Hi! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Pennsylvania. I have been in practice for over 10 years, but in the field for more than 20. I received my masters degree from John F. Kennedy University. I help individuals work through trauma in order to experience themselves and their lives from a heart centered place where they can be their true selves.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will discuss confidentiality, and its limits. Address questions or concerns that you might have. And, will explore what you want most for yourself and begin to look at what might be getting in the way of that.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with individuals who have experienced both fear and shame based traumas, I am able to help you develop strategies to work through your barriers to experience joy, freedom and love.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

The clients who work best with me possess a curiosity about themselves, and how they got to the places they are now. They are open to deep conversations and emotional exploration. They are less interested in starting or stopping a given behavior and more interested in understanding why that behavior exists in the first place, allowing it to relax.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I specialize in trauma, both shock and fear based. I curate treatment modalities to suit your goals and wants. IFS/NARM are both treatment modalities developed to address the childhood experiences that prevented one from such things as: self expression, boundary setting, focus all the way to choices like partners who are not safe. These methods are gentle, present focused and come from you, the client. I am the guide, not the expert.
