My mission is to help clients live authentically by addressing the social anxieties that come from compartmentalizing themselves to meet others’ expectations, guiding them toward wholeness, confidence, and a better quality of life. I am also a certified yoga instructor in Philadelphia.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in sessions by helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs that contribute to emotional distress and maladaptive behaviors. Through collaborative dialogue, clients are able to explore their thoughts in a safe space, develop more balanced perspectives, and practice healthier coping strategies.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

As a certified Yoga Instructor, I am able to incorporate mindfulness in my sessions to help clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in the present moment without judgment. By incorporating practices such as breathing exercises, body scans, or guided meditation, clients can learn to respond to stressors with greater calm and clarity. Mindfulness supports emotional regulation, reduces reactivity, and enhances overall well-being.
