I do not use a one sized fit all approach to treatment and will use personalized interests to include in treatment. I am diagnosed with anxiety and ADD which has helped me develop treatment plans that can assist in the non-traditional way.

We will work to identify the thought patterns, how they negatively impact you and find ways to replace the negative thoughts or behaviors with ones that are positive and useful.
