Hello! I am an experienced, licensed psychologist who has helped many individuals, couples, and families to navigate various life transitions. I enjoy serving clients who are willing to assess their value systems to determine if their values are still consistent with who they want to be. To some extent, our personal styles are genetically determined. However, I also believe we base our values on early learning, whether that education was positive or not.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, we will get to know each other. Together, we will begin to discover how you arrived at your crossroads, as well as start the plan for your future destination.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a provider, my greatest strength is my intuition. However, I learned a long time ago that my intuition is only as accurate as my knowledge and experience. Consequently, I have worked, and continue to work, to add to my knowledge and experience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy serving clients who are willing to assess their value systems to determine if their values are still consistent with who they want to be. I have tremendous respect for those clients that can reflect on both the positive and negative experiences that have shaped their behaviors. To do so, requires courage and I will partner with you on this journey.
