Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas. I received my Master’s in counseling from West Texas A&M University in 2022. I help teens, young adults, and adults who may be struggling with life transitions, depression, relationship issues, and other social and emotional problems. My goal is to support my client’s in the best way that I can and help them make long lasting, positive changes in their life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, clients can expect a warm, non-judgmental environmental space where they can share what brought them to therapy. My goal is to help make the session feel comfortable and safe, so we’ll move at a pace that feels right for them. We’ll start by discussing primary concerns, foals for therapy, and any past experiences which helps me understand their background and needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a counselor, my strengths lie in my commitment to creating a supportive, empathetic environment and my ability to truly listen to clients without judgement. My training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy allow me to offer effective, evidence-based tools that can empower clients to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT in my practice as it has helped many of my clients gain self-awareness and challenge unhelpful thought patterns. CBT supports client’s in making meaningful, lasting changes that help improve their quality of life by addressing the root causes of their emotional struggles and equipping tools to help them strive.
