Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist makes all the difference. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable talking openly about what you’re experiencing. Together we’ll build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, your experiences, and what you hope to gain from the process. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if the fit feels right. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. Together we will begin identifying your goals and discussing what the therapy process might look like moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns while developing healthier coping strategies. I also integrate strengths-based techniques to help clients recognize their resilience and build confidence in their ability to navigate challenges. I strive to balance emotional support with practical tools so clients leave sessions feeling both understood and empowered. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences while also gaining strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure how to move forward. Many are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting stress, or changes in their personal or professional lives. Others may be struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or feeling emotionally drained. Some clients come to therapy with clear goals, while others simply know they want things to feel different. Both are welcome. I work best with clients who are open to exploring patterns, building new coping strategies, and developing greater self-awareness. Together, we focus on identifying roadblocks, understanding emotional patterns, and creating practical tools that help clients feel more confident and balanced in their daily lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or depression and work on developing healthier ways of thinking and coping with challenges.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy focuses on identifying strengths and practical solutions rather than only focusing on problems. In sessions, I help clients explore what is already working in their lives and develop small, achievable steps toward their goals.

Strength-Based

A strengths-based approach focuses on recognizing and building on each client’s existing strengths and resilience. I work collaboratively with clients to highlight their abilities and develop strategies that support confidence, growth, and improved well-being.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based techniques help clients become more aware of their thoughts and emotions without judgment. I incorporate mindfulness strategies to support stress reduction, emotional regulation, and greater self-awareness.

Supportive

Supportive therapy provides a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to talk openly about their experiences. I offer encouragement, validation, and practical coping tools while helping clients process emotions and navigate life’s challenges.
