Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in Texas. I received my Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Social Work from Southwest Texas State University in San Marco, Texas, currently known as Texas State University. I have inpatient, outpatient, emergency room and private practice experience specializing in Crisis Intervention and Acceptance Commitment Therapy all while working with children through the geriatric population. In addition to being a LCSW, I am a Certified Master Life Coach, Certified Happiness Life Coach, Certified Life Purpose Coach, Certified Professional Life Coach and a Certified Goal Life Coach.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I would like to get to know you and and learn what you would like to work on. It will be causal and laid back. My goal is to get to know you and develop rapport. Rapport between a therapist and a client is crucial to a successful therapeutic relationship.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider may be my ability to form rapport fairly quickly. I also consider myself as an eclectic therapist meaning I use different ideas, styles and diverse modalities.
