Congratulations on taking the first step in healing and taking care of yourself! Have you had trouble feeling connected, and motivated, or lacked being able to figure out how to find balance? I provide a safe space for you to express your feelings and help you identify barriers you may have to living your best life. Together we will process the things challenging you and work on implementing new skills and finding different perspectives. I specialize in counseling adolescent and adult clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, self-esteem, or grief issues.
I can help you to move in the direction of your goals and develop coping skills so that you can live the life you envision. My goal is to work with you to make positive change. You will leave sessions with me with skills and strategies to apply those skills to lift depression, challenge negative thinking, strengthen relationships, establish healthy boundaries, and manage emotions.
