I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in TX, CO, and ID, passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful and lasting ways. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in authenticity. I believe healing happens when people feel emotionally safe, genuinely seen, and supported without judgment. I specialize in navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, identity struggles, intimacy concerns, trauma, perfectionism, and major life transitions. I also have experience supporting couples, children, adults, LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, BIPOC communities, and Spanish-speaking clients through culturally sensitive and affirming care. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, somatic techniques, play therapy interventions, and sex therapy-informed work. I strive to create therapy experiences that are both practical and deeply compassionate, helping clients better understand themselves while building the tools needed for emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and long-term healing. As a bilingual Latina therapist, I value creating spaces where clients can show up fully as themselves. I understand how culture, family dynamics, identity, and lived experiences can shape emotional wellbeing, and I aim to honor each client’s unique story throughout the therapeutic process. In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about holistic healing, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and personal growth. My goal is to help clients move beyond survival mode and toward lives that feel more connected, balanced, authentic, and emotionally sustainable. I view therapy as a collaborative journey where healing is not about perfection, but about creating greater self-awareness, resilience, and compassion for yourself along the way.

Dr. Nina Enriquez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing psychotherapy for over 13 years. I received my doctorate from USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. You will find I am a pretty laid back individual yet I will challenge your awareness to reflect and learn why we behave the way we do. This helps to create positive change. I work with individuals of all ages. I provide individual, family, and couples therapy sessions. I specialize in the area of grief, loss, traumatic grief and traumatic bereavement. We will all experience loss in our lives. Loss of health, lifestyle, divorce, a break-up, self-image, identity, trust, faith, death and much more. Grief is a natural response to loss but when we don't know how to manage or cope from grief, we may be at risk of developing a mental health disorder. In therapy, telling your story is vital to growth. Your story is important to express, release and find the root cause that lead to the challenges you have faced in life. Another vital component of therapy is increasing your awareness of the strengths you have. A crisis or stressful event may blind us from strengths we used before to overcome. You will learn different coping strategies and will provide handouts plus worksheets. This is to help you begin to take the steps in self-discovery, reflection, and find the person who were are truly meant to be.

I have worked in diverse mental health settings and have been practicing therapy since 2015. I am the oldest daughter of immigrants and a first generation college graduate. From a very young age I felt the weight of expectations put on to me by my family, society, and my culture. I became very good at taking on roles that were not mine, and quickly burned myself out. It wasn’t until graduate school that I really allowed myself to explore the root of my unhappiness. I needed to stop doing for everyone else and finally make myself the priority; I mattered too. I now enjoy empowering individuals to find their voice and discover the freedom that comes with letting go of past hurt and behaviors that no longer serve them, and finally pursue the life they’ve always wanted.

Hi—Hola. I’m Andrea, and I’m truly glad you’re here. For over nine years, I have walked alongside people as they navigate anxiety, childhood and adult trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Because I have my own lived experience with trauma, I deeply understand how it can stay in the body and nervous system—often showing up as overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or that heavy, persistent feeling of never being quite “enough.” My therapeutic style is warm, trauma-informed, and bilingual (English/Spanish). My clinical expertise is focused on supporting clients through depression and anxiety, healing childhood trauma, repairing attachment wounds, and helping you gently reconnect with your body as a vital part of your healing. My hope is to offer you a steady, supportive space where you can set down what feels heavy. Together, we will work at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you, building tools that truly help—like setting loving boundaries, nurturing a kinder inner voice, and creating healthier, more fulfilling relationship patterns. Because finding the right therapist is such a deeply personal and important part of your journey, I want to make sure I am the best possible fit for you. As much as I would love to help everyone who reaches out, ethically and professionally, I cannot. It is my responsibility to ensure you get the exact care you need and deserve. With that in mind, I invite you to read through my full profile. At the bottom, you will see a list of diagnoses and concerns that fall outside of my clinical expertise. If what you are going through right now is on that list, I encourage you to seek out a provider whose specialties speak directly to your needs. You truly deserve to be supported by someone who is fully equipped to guide you.

Hello. Thank you for considering me! You are, above all things, a human being and to be human is a wild experience. I think most of us are doing the best we can with what we have to work with, and you should be proud of yourself for your willingness to learn more. I see therapy as a process that organically unfolds towards deeper understanding and acceptance of who we are and what life is; from here we can shift how we relate to ourselves and life. Hi, I’m Abel. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, both men and women, as well as men navigating the pressures of work, relationships, family, and identity. I also work with couples, particularly when ADHD has become part of the conflict or disconnection in their relationship. I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life. It affects more than focus and productivity. It can also impact emotions, confidence, and relationships. I was diagnosed in my 30s, and it helped me make sense of years of struggles with organization, responsibilities, and executive functioning. What surprised me most was how profoundly ADHD can affect relationships, especially marriage. That’s why I believe ADHD therapy has to go beyond productivity and address emotional regulation, self-worth, follow-through, and connection. As a husband of 13 years, a father, and a family man, I understand the quiet pressures many men carry. Men are often expected to be competent, steady, and dependable without always having a place to talk honestly about what happens when that becomes difficult. That perspective shapes the way I work with men: with honesty, compassion, practical tools, and real conversations without judgment. My own marriage has also taught me how much relationships require vulnerability, accountability, and teamwork, especially when navigating ADHD. That experience helps shape my work with couples as they move beyond blame and toward greater understanding, reliability, and connection. I’ve also wrestled with body image and self-worth after years of being overweight. Making meaningful changes taught me that taking care of yourself isn’t passive. It often means doing difficult things consistently because you’ve decided your well-being matters. Learning to show up for myself changed not only my health, but the way I saw and valued myself. That experience shapes how I help clients build a healthier, more grounded relationship with themselves.

When booking you’ll be asked to verify with your Member ID. However, if you don’t have any of the insurances available you can select cash. Our therapists will have their cost of appointment on their profile. Individual session costs will vary.

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
