Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions to help us establish rapport, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having had the opportunity to work with various age groups in the past ten years, it has gained me the ability to gain the necessary skills to (1) help clients feel more comfortable (2) identify the root cause of the presented concerns (3) tailor a treatment plan according to your needs (4) keep you engaged and motivated in working towards attaining your goals.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT as my preferred treatment method for the past ten years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety, depression symptoms and traumatic events. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. I will provide you with a strong foundation and educate you in how to effectively implement these strategies to decrease negative symptoms and, thus, improve your quality of life.

Christian Counseling

I like to understand my client as a whole and understand that faith is an important aspect of peoples lives as well as a foundation of healing. I like to incorporate faith based counseling for client's who want to incorporate it in the counseling and healing process.
