I devoted over 22 years to empowering and guiding others to be successful in becoming the person they wanted to be while serving their country. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults with a wide variety of presenting concerns, but trauma and faith based counseling hold a special place in my heart.
I love working with adults and adolescents. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their lives.

What brought me to Yvonne was an inability to express my emotions in my relationship and in life in general. As we work through each session, it's becoming more and more clear as to why that is and I'm learning how to be more vulnerable and express myself more freely in all aspects of life.
