Hi there, I’m Olimpia
Do you ever feel hopeless? Are you struggling to keep up with basic day to day routines? Is it hard to give yourself some love?
I help to manage symptoms of anxiety and depression by learning and identifying triggers , looking at it from a different perspective, and how to have a better relationship with yourself. I do have an eclectic approach that involves mindfulness, diet, exercise, meditation, and awareness.
Whether it is anxiety, depressions, ADHD, or relationship issues, I am here to help. Therapy can be scary, but you have taken the first step to figuring out what is going on. Hopefully together we can get to the bottom of things and find the balance that is important to you.
I received my license to practice marriage and family therapy in Texas in 1995. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work successfully with many different types of clients.
I am experienced with mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder. Anxiety, and adjustment disorders are quite common. We are all products of our family and culture so these issues are discussed in individual and couples counseling sessions.
Because my specialty is marriage and family counseling, I sometimes work with couples or with several family members in the counseling session. If you are seeking marital therapy, then you are already aware of how complex it is to resolve problems to satisfy both of you. I want you to know that it is possible to unravel the issues and resolve them. All that is required is honesty – primarily with yourself – and a bit of work. We have seen many couples return to a peaceful and satisfying marriage.
My counseling style is relaxed, but very direct. I prefer for clients to come to counseling weary of how things are going and prepared to begin changing their life.
I practice solution-oriented and CBT counseling techniques which means that we work hard to ensure you come to as few sessions as possible. Many clients report 6 to 10 sessions are sufficient to provide mastery over the symptoms that brought them to therapy.
Integrity, honesty and decency are keys to success and it is my commitment to bring these characteristics to each session.
I'm a compassionate mental health therapist. My primary focus is on empowering my clients with practical tools and strategies. I have a deep passion for working with women facing various mental health challenges, offering them support and guidance through their journey to healing. Additionally, I love assisting couples in developing healthy conflict resolution skills, fostering stronger and more fulfilling relationships. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each individual and couple you work with.

My name is Graham Maxey. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1983, after graduating from the University of Houston/Clear Lake with a Master of Arts in Behavioral Science. I had noticed for many years that the primary problems people experienced in life were mainly due to living in a space of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that were "too small" to accommodate their well-being or their enjoyment in living. My goal as a counselor has always been to help clients "widen" the spaces they live in and let them have fuller access to all that their lives actually can provide for them.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the field for over 20 years. The journey has been both personally and professionally rewarding and I love utilizing what I have learned to help others become their best self. I am an existential therapist who focuses on each person as a unique individual who is able to make choices that will help shape their life. I am trained in various treatment modalities including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, TF-CBT, mindufulness, and motivational inteviewing which I draw from to meet the needs of my clients. No matter what the modality used, my goal is to empower clients to take personal responsibility for their decision and create the present and future they desire. Life is ever changing and I believe that embracing different perspectives is essential in adjusting to the natural ebbs and flows that we encounter on our journey as humans.
I’m a therapist who sees and treats you as a unique individual — not just a diagnosis or a checklist of symptoms. My goal is to meet you where you are, walk with you through your journey, and support you in reaching a place where you’re not just surviving, but truly thriving.
I offer therapy grounded in compassion, care, and consistency. I believe in holding space for both grace and accountability — creating a safe environment where you can be honest with yourself, challenge unhelpful patterns, and grow.
Together, we’ll work to identify and confront the distorted thoughts and false beliefs that often fuel anxiety, depression, and disconnection. My deepest desire is to help you break free from cycles that keep you stuck and to support your movement toward healing, clarity, and wholeness.
I approach clients with the an open mindset, looking to explore what the client needs and what they want for themselves. I always want my clients to know there is no judgement from me in their decisions, EVER. I view everyone's mistakes as us just being human and having a human experience. This practice of examining our human journey and what motivates us to do the things we do is extended to myself, my clients and my children/family. I often attempt to have the practice of asking myself "why did I do that? Did I do that because of this or because I was feeling blank?" I think it is important to help others get to the place where they ask themselves the same type of questions. We're all here just having human experiences!
My name is Mimose Montgomery, I affectionately go by “Mimi”. I received my Clinical Social Work Degree at Barry University. I am a bilingual Haitian-Creole and English speaking clinical therapist. Hi! I’m a therapist who works with teens, young adults, and the parents who support them. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can talk openly, feel supported, and start to make meaningful changes.

Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build practical tools, and help you move toward confidence, clarity, and emotional well-being.
I have over a decade of experience treating clients at the clinical level. As a former Army Chaplain, I have assisted Soldier and Family members in the most extreme circumstances - to include combat. As a fellow human being, I meet my clients on common ground to assist them in gaining traction and moving forward. I come beside people to help them see their strengths, capabilities, and new possibilities. I help people to find a ray of hope when their life is stuck at the midnight hour.
If you’re feeling stuck in painful patterns—overwhelmed by self-doubt, emotional overload, or strained relationships—I offer a way forward. Together, we will break the cycle by identifying core negative beliefs, healing the impacts of abuse and manipulation, and creating lasting change.
Using EMDR, somatic therapy, and mindfulness, I’ll help you rewire the old scripts keeping you trapped—turning “I’m not enough” into “I am worthy and capable.” You’ll learn how to release stress and tension stored in your body, develop emotional resilience, and step into a more grounded, confident version of yourself. This process isn’t just about healing wounds; it’s about reclaiming your power, rewriting your story, and living with clarity and connection.
You won’t walk this path alone. Through our work, you’ll experience deep support, a space where you are truly seen and heard, and the tools to navigate life with greater ease. HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS! That is the key!! With 26 years of experience, much research, studying, and face to face experience living and working all over the world, I realized relationships with yourself and with others can make or break our contentment in life! But there are skills to learn to make it happen, skills such as self-awareness, ability to pay attention to the world around us and our own bodies (mindfulness), learning to grieve and let go while embracing change, learning the characteristics of a healthy relationship with others and with ourselves, and accessing our strengths while focusing on the beauty in life. I'd love to walk with you through this process to restore hope.
Hello, my name is Teresa, practicing mental health for over 16 years working with the military population. Working as a middle school teacher in a lower socioeconomic area. This led to my desire to go back to school for my master’s degree in counseling psychology. Receiving my LPC licensure, led me to pursue my chemical dependency counselor license (LCDC). I began working as a substance abuse counselor with the US Army in substance abuse counseling. While working with the military I worked at a local hospital developing a program for civilians in chemical dependency. The need to work with individuals, and families including Service Members, led me to work as a contractor for private corporations. During this time, I received a certification in behavioral therapy to work with the autism spectrum population. Raised as a military dependent, then wife and mother, I experienced many aspects of different personalities. I was led to understand what it means to try to hide who you are to eventually become someone you may not recognize.
The goal is to have you see, life is wonderful, we go through the storm to appreciate the sunshine. The experience developed led me to work with addiction, anxiety, PTSD, and many other mental health issues. We are a beautiful bouquet with different views on life. Using an eclectic therapeutic array of mental health care has allotted me to develop individual care. This concept of care is the same for couples and group therapy. Some techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychosocial therapeutic techniques.
