I have several years of experience supporting clients through life’s challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting concerns, and substance use. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space—one where you can be open, honest, and fully yourself without fear of judgment. Together, we will work at your pace to explore what’s going on, build coping tools, and help you move toward the life you want.
In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and talking about what’s been going on in your life. From there, we’ll focus on the challenges you’re facing so we can create a plan that feels right for you. My goal is to help you build tools to manage anxiety and depression, while also learning how to shift unhelpful thought patterns that may be holding you back.
My warm, direct approach will help you address your concerns and develop appropriate solutions to assist you with navigating life in the healthiest way possible. I have experience utilizing Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy.
One of my biggest strengths is connecting with people. I pride myself on communicating clearly, building strong relationships, and showing empathy so that you feel truly heard and understood in a safe, supportive space.
I love working with people who are consistent, open minded and motivated to improve their current circumstances.
