I am honored to work beside persons seeking support with their personal growth and in creating hope-filled futures. I have been providing individual therapy services for over 30 years and working as a licensed psychologist since 2013. I specialize in treating substance use disorders and a range of emotional dysregulation concerns often associated with addictions, including anger management, impulsivity, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss.
I help professionals in recovery who are carrying more than anyone realizes. Many of my clients are high-achieving people who have spent years holding everything together on the outside while privately struggling with alcohol, substances, compulsive behaviors, anxiety, or burnout. They’re people who have been depended on—at home, at work, and in their families—and they’re tired of performing, hiding, or white-knuckling their way through life.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience in addiction recovery, trauma, and life transitions, I bring a grounded, practical, and compassionate approach. My work is deeply influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), values-based living, and helping clients build a life that feels aligned rather than pressured or chaotic.
I understand that asking for help—especially as a professional—comes with unique challenges: reputation concerns, workplace stress, perfectionism, shame, fear of consequences, and relationships strained by years of coping alone. My role is not to judge or lecture, but to offer a private, steady space where you can talk openly, regain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more peaceful life.
Whether you’re navigating early sobriety, long-term recovery, career demands, relationship stress, or a sense that you’ve lost yourself, I’m here to walk with you—not as an authority figure, but as someone who respects the courage it takes to show up.
If you’re ready for therapy that’s confidential, respectful, and tailored to the realities of being a professional in recovery, I’d be honored to support you.
I focus on truly understanding you as an individual and valuing your unique experiences and perspectives because you are your own expert. My trauma informed approach emphasizes the importance of creating a supporting empathetic space where you feel heard and understood. By considering all aspects of your life (emotional, physical, social) we can work together to uncover your strengths, address challenges, and foster personal growth. This holistic perspective aims to empower you, enhance your self -awareness, and ultimately lead to significant and lasting changes.
Hi! My name is Jessica and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Do you feel like you don’t have enough time to take care of yourself? Are you giving so much to others that there’s no time left for you? Are some of these relationships one-sided and go against your personal boundaries?
I have a passion for helping individuals identify and shift patterns that no longer serve them, heal from toxic relationships, and explore their true identity.
A safe and nurturing space is what I strive to cultivate for my clients. In my opinion, this must come first in order to set the foundation for a successful therapeutic experience. I’m so excited to start working with you!
With over 25 years of experience in community mental health and higher education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. I hold a PhD in Counselor Education and a Master's in Counseling, equipping me to provide exceptional support to those in need.
I welcome adults seeking additional support, encouragement, and mental health counseling. My services include both individual and group counseling, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. My extensive training and experience enable me to assist individuals facing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, from minor struggles to more serious issues.
I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care to help my clients achieve their mental health and well-being goals.
Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and I’m grateful for where it led me. I served in the United States Air Force and spent 15 years in the financial services industry. While those roles may seem far from social work, they taught me how to build real connections, navigate hard conversations, and show up for people when it matters most.
Eventually, I felt called to make a change. I returned to school as an adult undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies. That time helped me reflect on my own experiences and deepened my understanding of how we relate to ourselves and others. I stayed at Penn for both my master’s and doctoral work, focusing on veterans’ mental health, and grief, loss, and bereavement. My time at the Michael C. Crescenz VA and hospice care taught me how powerful a quiet presence can be, and how healing often begins in the smallest, most human moments.
In therapy, I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is a belief in the power of relationship. Whether you’re navigating loss, transition, or uncertainty, I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your way toward clarity, connection, and healing.

Hi, I'm Melanie! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience as a clinician in a variety of settings. Whether you need to work through some heavy stuff from the past that's been weighing you down or you just want to process some day-to-day work or relationship stress, therapy can be a major step in the right direction toward self-care!
Prior to starting my private practice I was working for the Veterans Health Administration and I remain passionate about continuing to be an advocate for Veterans to educate them about and link them to resources and services that are available to them.
With over five years of experience as an outpatient therapist and a background in clinical social work, I am passionate about helping my clients understand how the world around them affects and influences their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I bring a sense of lightheartedness to my work, as therapy can sometimes feel like quite an intense experience. One of the perks of my job as a therapist is the fact that I get the opportunity to learn from my clients, and I look forward to learning from you!
I am a licensed psychologist with many years of experience in cognitive behavioral therapy. I have had success using CBT to treat anxiety, panic, anger issues, insomnia, and chronic pain. Treatment is goal oriented, skill based, and backed by research.
I think that it is very important to learn to judge yourself and the world less harshly. I believe that our unrealistic thoughts and expectations are major contributors to our discontent. I have found that some of the concepts of Eastern and Stoic philosophy can help put our lives into better perspective.
I particularly like the aspects of psychology that are based on science. As a field, we know a lot about how people learn and how early experience shapes our current moods and behavior. I also like to incorporate current ideas in neurology and physiology that support behavior change.
Welcome. My name is Elisa Loncola-Hicks, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 35 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a wide range of settings—including child welfare, forensic assessments, behavioral health, family-based services, outpatient therapy, and trauma-focused residential programs.
My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the skills and foundations of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), allowing me to tailor treatment to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. I work from a place of compassion, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for your lived experiences.
Do you feel overwhelmed with life? Have thoughts that are getting in your way? I am a counselor (LPC) with a music therapy background (PhD). Working together, you develop insights and mind/body skills to use daily, helping you to live the best version of yourself. I favor a humanistic, empathetic style in the therapy session. You and I are two people working together to deepen our understanding of your experiences and find positive pathways forward. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental atmosphere where you can feel safe, where insight can flourish, and where you can develop new life skills. Hello! My name is Michaela Seeley and I'm a licensed professional counselor. I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. There is no hierarchy in treatment. You provide the lived experience and I provide the knowledge on how to process what you’re going through to cope with symptoms effectively. Because of this, I take a collaborative approach to treatment. I recognize that change can be terrifying and because of this, I emphasize a united approach. I have always been guided by the phrase "we do the best we can with the tools we have" and encourage my clients to establish that mantra in treatment. I'm here to help you build new tools, rediscover your resilience, and feel more empowered in your healing journey.
Welcome, my name is Kim Mains.
Grief is a powerful, personal experience—often unpredictable, sometimes isolating, and always deserving of care and attention. If you’re navigating the loss of a loved one, a major life transition, or are feeling stuck in sorrow that others don’t seem to understand, I want you to know you're not alone.
I specialize in grief counseling and create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their emotions without judgment. Whether your grief feels fresh and raw or quietly lingers beneath the surface, our work together can help you move toward healing and meaning in your own time.
Therapy doesn’t mean “getting over it”—it means having a place to process, to be seen, and to find strength again. If that sounds like what you're needing, I’d be honored to walk with you.
Hi this is Carol. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in eight states. Everyone deserves a journey of self-healing and self-discovery. In fact, allowing yourself to blossom is the avenue to experiencing self-love and meaningful connections with others.
I have worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years, but started researching and seeking methods of healing since my early teens. I attended the University of California, San Diego, followed by Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, studying Clinical Psychology, Critical Gender Studies, and Transpersonal Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EFT Practitioner.
I have experience assisting individuals with a range of issues including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, addictions, end of life issues, and issues related to discrimination and marginalization. I am an experienced therapist, supervisor, and group facilitator in various settings. I have also instructed Graduate Level Psychology students, teaching courses on Transforming Addictions and Multicultural and Diversity Issues in Counseling.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
My therapeutic philosophy is that individuals need to be a part of their own solutions. I work to empower clients to achieve the goals so they feel the success of their own hard work. My experience in social work is deliberately broad to address a wide range of concerns. I am passionate about my work..our work.
My background includes trauma therapy, critical incident debriefing, couple counseling, co-parenting , anger management, adolescent. Parenting therapy, and advocacy and case management.

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience treating complex trauma, ADHD and helping people who feel stuck. I am trained in EMDR for the treatment of PTSD and provide functional strategies for helping people reduce symptoms related to anxiety and depression. I am here to provide a comfortable space for you to explore what is important to you. Through our work together, you will gain strategies that promote wellbeing that can be used throughout your lifetime.
I have seen people in almost all professional and community arenas (even jails). My work has been a mix of public and private sector involvement, including 11 years of community mental health service and over 30 years of individual practice. I have extensive experience in both home- and office-based psychotherapy, program development, clinical supervision, and clinical innovation. Special populations have included people with developmental disabilities, children and adolescents at risk for out-of-home placements, people with substance abuse issues, and geriatric populations; all have experienced various forms of grief, loss, and trauma while navigating the simple task of living and surviving. If you modify the title of Johnny Cash's song I've Been Everywhere to I've Done Everything (except prison work), that pretty much sums up my years of professional experience.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with 32 years of experience supporting people in a variety of settings, including hospitals, outpatient behavioral health clinics, and schools. I also have a background in policy and research.
I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work as a therapist. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, illness, grief, life transitions, and questions of meaning and identity.
My approach is integrative — I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), humanistic and existential perspectives, and mindfulness-based practices. This allows me to adapt therapy to each individual, offering both practical tools for coping and space for deeper exploration and growth.
What shapes my work most is my belief in people’s capacity for healing and resilience. Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and grounded. I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel safe to be yourself, explore openly, and take steps toward the life you want to live.
My name is Chesy Tronchoni Bello, LPC, MT-BC, CYT. I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor, Board-Certified Music Therapist, and yoga teacher. I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, and identity development. My integrative approach to healing is rooted in intersectional feminism, humanistic tenets, and trauma-informed care, incorporating mindfulness-based techniques, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and expressive arts and movement.
Have you been wondering if your current challenges are due to past traumatic life events? Do you struggle in relationships? If so, I may be the Therapist for you. I specialize in trauma therapy for teenagers and adults.
Many people often think trauma is only caused by violent crimes, acts of physical abuse, or natural disasters. They may also think because trauma happened a long time ago, it does not affect them in the present. These are a few of the myths about trauma. There are many types of traumas such as the sudden or unexpected death of a loved one, bullying, retaliation in the workplace, neglect from parents, infidelity, intimate partner violence, the witnessing of domestic violence and more.
If you or your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, or life stressors, therapy with me can help with positive changes to strengthen self-esteem and confidence.
I am trained in EMDR and other trauma therapy approaches. My years of professional experience as a teacher and counselor, along with my lived experiences as a Black person allow me to provide empathetic regard while helping clients from multicultural backgrounds.
My clients come to me because they want to deepen and strengthen their relationships - not just with each other, but with themselves. They want to understand the family and societal systems that shaped them into who they are today, and to heal old wounds and trauma so that they can move forward from a place of strength, healing, and connection. Many of my clients exist at the intersection of multiple marginalized identities, and have struggled to find a therapist who will understand and not further stigmatize their identities, and who is committed to unlearning systems of oppression. I seek to provide a healing space for them.
I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems, Narrative, & Gottman therapies in my work, as well as specializing in working with LGBTQ+ clients. My goal is to help clients understand and articulate different "parts" of themselves, and deepen their curiosity and compassion for the parts that present barriers to healing.
My constant intention is to provide culturally sensitive and affirming care, as well as a safe and affirming space for you to explore your strengths and challenges. I welcome feedback at every step of the process - communication is the backbone of any relationship, including the therapeutic one! I look forward to hearing from you and taking our next step.

Hi, I’m Brittany — a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania who helps women heal from trauma, break free from intrusive thoughts, and manage high-functioning anxiety without burning themselves out.
Many of my clients appear “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside—carrying childhood trauma, people-pleasing patterns, chronic worry, or perfectionism that never seems to let up. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep powering through it.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me outdoors with my family and dog, reading, traveling, going to concerts or comedy shows, or doing a Bible study. These things help me stay grounded — and I bring that same grounded energy into sessions.
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in PA. I have been practicing social work for over 25 years and have had my MSW for over ten years. I have lived in PA most of my life. I help adults if all ages navigate the day to day challenges we have as well as couples who are looking for ways to reconnect and learn how to communicate with their partner more effectively and/or ultimately make the decision to separate. Whether individual or couple, you will be heard, not judged and supported through this process.
Hi, I’m Erica. I’m a therapist in the Philadelphia area who believes healing is rarely neat, linear, or Instagram-perfect. My approach blends evidence-based tools with an honest appreciation for how complicated, funny, painful, and beautiful being human can be.
I offer a grounded, judgment-free space for people who want to understand themselves better, break old patterns, or simply breathe a little easier.
As someone living with a disability, I don’t use the word “resilience” lightly. I understand what it means to navigate life with both strength and limitation, and I bring that lived insight into my work—not as a badge of honor, but as a way of connecting with people from a place of truth. I show up as a therapist, yes, but also as a real person who knows what it feels like to keep moving even when things are heavy.
