Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session together will give us an opportunity to get to know each other better, for me to understand what has brought you to therapy, to hear what you are going through and to talk about what you would like to work on. It could also be a great time (if you are comfortable) to explore family history, relationship obstacles, and any traumatic events you have experienced.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I chose this field because I enjoy listening and being present for others. I am passionate about seeing people create the shifts in their life that brings understanding, self-care and overall increased well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and couples with different needs. I enjoy conversations with my clients and couples to help them understand thinking patterns, behaviors, etc. We can work together to come up with solutions, alleviate issues and concerns, increase coping skills and self-esteem and self-care.
