Our first session together will give us an opportunity to get to know each other better, for me to understand what has brought you to therapy, to hear what you are going through and to talk about what you would like to work on. It could also be a great time (if you are comfortable) to explore family history, relationship obstacles, and any traumatic events you have experienced.

Megan has truly been life changing for me. Her ability to listen and allow you to be comfortable with your emotions and feelings has been wonderful. She guides you or creates a small goal for you to be able to process or move forward through situations you are facing. Her ability to connect is appreciated.
