Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies from Arizona State University, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University. In addition to clinical training and experience, I bring more than 15 years of experience working in the wellness field, offering a holistic perspective that integrates mind and body in the healing process.
I will provide a warm, and supportive environment where clients can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. I believe in meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels comfortable while helping them build insight, resilience, and confidence.
I have experience working with individuals ranging in age, who have faced anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. My goal is to offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to supporting clients in their identity, relationships, and personal growth without fear or judgment.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, being active, and attending live music events.
I’m a national board-certified and multi-state Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate in psychology and over 20 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I believe therapy should be a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and thrive. I use evidence-based treatment methods tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and person-centered therapy. When requested, I integrate Christian faith into therapy to support healing, provide spiritual perspective, and align emotional work with personal values.
I work well with clients who are ready to explore emotional patterns, past experiences, or stressors that may be keeping them stuck. Whether you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, processing trauma, grieving a loss, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I aim to meet you where you are and walk with you at a pace that feels right.
My clinical work is informed by ongoing professional development, national conference training, and active membership in the American Counseling Association, the American Psychological Association, and The National Society of Leadership and Success.
I strive to offer a thoughtful, affirming space where you can build insight, resilience, and a grounded sense of self. Therapy with me is a partnership — one that honors your voice, your goals, and your capacity for meaningful change.
I grew up in Eastern Europe and moved to the USA as an adult. I speak Russian, Ukrainian, and English languages. I had to learn a whole new way of living, face my fears, and overcome many barriers and understand how important communication is in moving forward in life in the direction we want to go. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with many different people. I've counseled older adults, LGBTQ+, immigrants and refugees from all over the world. I believe in creating a warm and welcoming space where you can feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings, and I am here to help you feel understood and valued.
I graduated with a Master's degree in Social Work from Edinboro University - now PennWest - in 2007, and I recently became certified in EMDR and member of EMDRIA (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) International Association. I am also certified in treating Insomnia with Cognitive-behavioral Therapy for Insomnia - CBT-I.

Hi,
I am Diane Smith, a licensed practicing counselor in Pennsylvania. Congratulations on deciding to do therapy. I have worked in clinical counseling psychology for 14 years. I love to help people achieve their goals. We all go through difficult times, and I am trained to help people overcome obstacles.
Together, we can work on the issues that are holding you back. It doesn't matter if it's anxiety, depression, you're burned out, poor boundaries, OCD, addictions, relationship issues, grief, and loss; you name it, we can handle it. You deserve to live your best life.
If you are new to therapy, don't worry. It's like talking to a good friend who is legally bound to not share a word you say. There are 3 reasons when I am legally bound to report, since I am a mandated reporter: 1. You threaten to kill the president 2. You threaten to harm yourself. 3. You threaten to harm someone else.
Also, you won't be judged for anything you tell me. People do what they do for many reasons. Most of my clients say that I am very easy to talk to and that they feel safe sharing with me. I hope that you give me a shot! I look forward to going on a journey with you.
FYI*** Please give 24 hours' advanced notice if you can not attend an appointment or you will be charged $50.00
Also, If you do not show up for an appointment you will be charged $50.00 as well.
I only get my hourly fee if I meet with the client for the allotted time. If the client does not show I don't get paid.
Thanks for your time,
Diane Smith

I provide more than talk therapy & integrate a clinical approach grounded in research on neuroscience and psychology. I have 21-plus years of post-licensure experience and a demonstrated history of providing comprehensive clinical expertise in addition to supervising and training other therapists as a clinical supervisor. My educational and career development opportunities were significantly enriched through clinical supervision with a psychiatrist, which provided invaluable insights into diagnostic frameworks, and effective treatment interventions. Additionally, my work alongside multidisciplinary clinical treatment teams at various psychiatric hospitals has enhanced my understanding of holistic mental health care, and deepened my skills in managing complex cases, contributing to patient assessments, and coordinating effective interventions across diverse treatment settings.
Therapy is a journey, whether you are familiar to the process or just beginning, I am so glad you are here. I'm a licensed counselor with a diverse background, I enjoyed working with those who were incarcerated make better choices for their future on the outside, working with those in active addiction trying to do something to make recovery possible, and working in a busy outpatient mental health clinic. With each experience, I learned how to work with various populations and enhance my skills. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the "light blub" moment occur with a client or helping a client heal when they are struggling.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My clinical work focuses on helping individuals navigate trauma, emotional distress, and complex life challenges through structured and effective therapeutic approaches.
I specialize in the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and trauma-focused therapeutic interventions. These modalities allow me to support clients in developing healthier coping skills, improving emotional regulation, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and processing traumatic experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, where each individual’s experiences and goals guide the therapeutic process. I work collaboratively with clients to build resilience, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to move forward.
I provide a direct, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can better understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. I focus on helping you identify what’s maintaining your distress while also building practical tools you can use in your daily life.
In our work together, we won’t just talk about what’s going wrong—we’ll focus on what actually helps. This includes learning how to regulate emotions, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, set boundaries, and respond more intentionally rather than reactively.
I also recognize that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or uncertain, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, while also being challenged in a way that supports real growth.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is both supportive and straightforward, and who will help you develop real, usable skills—not just insight—this may be a good fit.
Are you tired of reliving the same unhealthy patterns in your life? Do you desire a successful and fulfilled life complete with balanced loving relationships not only with yourself, but with others? I utilize evidence based practices, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support clients in achieving meaningful change. CBT helps clients identify, and restructure unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors. MI focuses on enhancing intrinsic motivation, and resolving ambivalence about change.
I work with individuals and couples to understand the deeper meaning of the problems holding them back and help them to break free and reach their full potential. I use empathy, compassion, and unconditional positive regard to guide my practice while helping people understand themselves. Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) located in Pennsylvania. I obtained my Master’s degree from Carlow University and have been working in this field for five years. My focus is to support individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and relationship challenges, guiding them towards reaching their maximum potential. In addition, I have experience working with individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, and I maintain a strong cultural awareness during counseling sessions.
Hi! I'm Amanda, LPC in Pennsylvania. I started my journey as a school counselor at a high school for 13 years and then transitioned into an outpatient facility. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate their lives. I love learning about and connecting with others. I help support individuals with adjusting to new situations, set boundaries, feel empowered, manage the demands of life, learn better coping and implement self-care. Together we can identify what's not working, explore thoughts, feelings, and core concerns, in order to create better balance.
My name is Christen Yassin and I have been in this field for 18 years. I have a wealth of experience and love to help people become their best selves. I am a great listener. A great listener requires you to not only listen but to be able to output a great solution to the problem and to be highly empathetic to the issue; that's one of my strengths. I also have a lot of experience in family therapy and working with children and young adults.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.

Welcome! After years of working as a social worker in hospice care and retirement communities, I have developed a passion for working with adults of all ages understand their internal and external responses to a variety of factors including life transitions, loss of loved ones, caregiver stress, family conflict, and unprocessed trauma.
If you feel stuck in patterns you know aren’t good for you—but can’t seem to break—you’re not alone. Maybe your mind won’t shut off. You overthink everything, question yourself constantly, or find yourself pulled back into the same relationships or habits, even when you know better. It’s exhausting… and frustrating. I help people understand why this happens and, more importantly, how to actually change it. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working in mental health, including private practice, substance use, and online therapy.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We will identify the patterns keeping you stuck, challenge the beliefs that reinforce them and build tools you can actually use. My goal isn’t just for you to feel better in session—it’s for you to leave with the ability to stay better. Therapy should be active and purposeful.
While processing is important, real change happens when you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone and stay accountable to your growth. I’ll support you through that—but I will also challenge you when needed, because that’s where real change happens. If you’re ready to stop repeating the same cycles and start creating lasting change, I'm here to help!
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and have worked as a therapist treating adults in individual and group therapy for 4 years. I specialize in anxiety, grief, and trauma. My approach includes therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Prolonged Exposure, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narriative Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. I'm always looking to expand my approach to best support my clients. My experience has been with community mental heath, two CIRC programs, and providing short term grief therapy at the Medical Examiner's office. Each of these have provided me with greater understanding of the system of care of Philadelphia and the reality of navigating it especially when resources can be nonexistent for housing or other basic needs. My specialities in grief and trauma are two sides of the same coin - intense loss can be traumatic. This philosophy is central to how I approach supporting clients in their journey. Both need to be address to help the healing really start.

You don’t like the way things are going, but have fallen into the cultural norm of just pushing through?
Do you feel like you’re “just present” or on autopilot?
Do you struggle to be intentional? Maybe it’s sleep deprivation from being awake all night with your newborn, the stress of your career is keeping you awake or even the struggle of balancing life, as they say “life keeps life-ing.”
Let’s talk about it…
My area of expertise includes pregnancy and postpartum support, conception, birth trauma, and loss. In addition, I work with clients experiencing fluctuating self-esteem, imposter syndrome, depression, anxiety and emotions surrounding intergenerational mobility (change in socioeconomic status/income) and generational trauma.
Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
Hello, I’m Nicole McDuff, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field and hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gannon University.
I take a warm, relational, and deeply individualized approach to therapy. I believe that meaningful change happens not just by managing symptoms, but by understanding yourself more fully — your experiences, patterns, relationships, and the meaning you’ve made of your story. My goal is to create a steady, compassionate space where you feel genuinely heard and supported as we explore what’s bringing you to therapy.
I have been practicing since 2014 and have worked in a variety of contexts within the scope of therapy- ranging from children, couple's work, adults, teenagers, and the aging population. I deliver an authentic approach to therapy that punctuates the importance of the relationship between client and therapist as the primary mechanism for change. I believe all clients deserve to be met with dignity and respect and try to convey that in sessions.
