Hello, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have been practicing for 10 years as a psychotherapist. I have over 20 years of experience in various nonprofit and social service agencies. My therapeutic approach has been to take a whole person approach with each individual that I have a pleasure to service. My ability to partner with individuals and identify interventions that are useful to promote growth in their journey. It also is very important for individuals to develop their own voice. My focus is on fostering this experience authentically in session.

First session
My initial sessions are geared towards finding treatment modalities suitable for my clients through therapeutic rapport. This session will also incorporate evidenced based treatment interventions that promote symptom reduction. My clinical approach is designed to make meaningful therapeutic connections. The focus throughout this session will be to make a formal diagnosis and to educate my clients through holistic treatment alternatives.
Strengths
I have worked in various settings with adolescents, adults and families that are experiencing emotional, behavioral or mental health challenges. In each setting my ability to be authentic, empowering, genuine and skilled have been my strengths as a therapist. I also meet my clients where they are with emphasizing on normalizing presenting challenges.

I enjoy working with individuals that are eager to begin their healing journey. It is also my intention to work with clients that are focused on making gradual changes in their individual journey.
