Hi there! I am a licensed individual and couples therapist, certified yoga instructor, and birth doula. My areas of expertise include couples counseling, anxiety, OCD, chronic illness, trauma, grief, life transitions, and spirituality. I believe that seasons of heartache and change can usher in the most profound transformation if we stay engaged in the process. There is life on the other side as we shed pieces of ourselves and forge new paths.
In our first session, we'll go over the intake form and explore your background as well as any additional relevant information that wasn't included in the initial paperwork. We'll discuss what your goals and hopes are for therapy, any barriers to change or growth, and how we might best work together to move you towards where you want to be.
My work as a therapist is highly relational and intuitive. I care deeply about each of my clients and believe in the healing nature of the therapeutic connection.
