Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience treating complex trauma, ADHD and helping people who feel stuck. I am trained in EMDR for the treatment of PTSD and provide functional strategies for helping people reduce symptoms related to anxiety and depression. I am here to provide a comfortable space for you to explore what is important to you. Through our work together, you will gain strategies that promote wellbeing that can be used throughout your lifetime.
If you imagine therapy being a stuffy and formal process, I'm here to change that! At our first session, you don't have to have all the answers. I am here to create a comfortable enviornment, in a judgment free space. Sharing more about yourself, and what you want to change, doesn't have to feel like work. While there are many serious elements of your life we may address, our work together can also leave you with a sense of relief. Therapy is a unique experience and can include humor and celebrations, as well as insights and break throughs.
