Hi! CA and AZ licensed therapist (LMFT, LPCC) with an integrative approach. I received two Masters degrees in Psychology, and am working on a PhD. I've been working for 10 years in the mental health field, 8 years in clinical practice. I have supported clients in all areas such as: processing and understanding emotions in mind/body, identity exploration, personal/soul growth, goal-setting, overcoming and understanding addictions, spiritual support, developing healthy boundaries, working through grief and loss, career challenges, religious trauma, cultural trauma, LGBTQ+ affirming care, dreamwork, etc.
My name is Dr. Isabella Vidriales, a Doctor of Counseling Psychology. I also practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, Arizona, and Nevada. My clinical approach is mainly trauma-informed as well as person centered, solution focused, and eclectic approaches customized to match the needs of my clients.
Trauma is more prevalent than we think and its impact on an individual’s overall well-being can have devastating results. My holistic approach allows me the opportunity to explore and understand individuals as a whole. I work on empowering others so they can rebuild a strong foundation to fall back on when there are setbacks in life.
I am passionate with helping clients on their journey of self exploration and personal growth. I am here to support you through this difficult process and to provide you with the beneficial tools to help you overcome this challenging moment.
Life is a journey of our own and sometimes it leads us to a path of unfamiliar territory. Unexpected life events and circumstances often trigger our unresolved insecurities, fears, as well as relive past traumas. You don’t have to walk this path alone. I look forward to serving you. Together we got this!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults ages 18 to 65+ navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. I provide a warm, supportive, culturally sensitive space where you can feel understood and empowered. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, heal past wounds, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
"You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."
-A.A. Milne
We all struggle at times to see our inner strengths and capabilities due to the life experiences which have shaped us. I work in the belief that we each have everything we need to achieve a fulfilled and successful life already present within us; sometimes we just need a little help accessing it. Using a multi-modality approach I encourage my clients to work in the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring us to self awareness, acceptance, and lasting change.
I began my working career as an EMT in pre-hospital and Emergency Room settings. The desire to further my education and better serve my community led me to pursue becoming an LMFT. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandman University and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from Brandman University. I have additional training and experience in Clinical Pastoral Education from the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base and have worked in both residential treatment and clinical settings.
I have four sons and two grandchildren. In my off time I enjoy spending time in nature, photography, and attending baseball games with my husband of 25 years.
I started helping those who are seeking to up-level their experiences and shine as their true and authentic selves in 2019. My journey first started in residential treatment facilities where I held space for those in early recovery from substance use disorders. This population ranged from men's only, women's only and LGBTQ+ Many of these individuals also struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work with adolescents at risk of sex trafficking. This work is extremely rewarding as the clients are at an age where they are most influential and willing.
I am a deeply spiritual person and practice in the study of yoga and meditation and participate in somatic healings such as Kundalini Light Intergration (KALI) and breathworks. I am also a level two Reiki practitioner (training to become a master) and a certified personal trainer. When I am not holding space for healing, I enjoy being in the outdoors, surfing, climbing, reading and cooking nutritious and fun to eat meals. I hope to continue the journey of providing a safe space for individuals where healing can occur for years to come.
I offer sessions both early in the morning (5am - 7am) and later in the evening (6pm - 9pm) to accommodate those who work nine to five or those who just prefer early morning or evening therapy sessions.
Hi there!
My name is Angelica Sanchez and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. My experience in community mental health for several years has allowed me to gain experience in working with a wide range of individuals. In working with children, adolescents, and adults I have learned how important it is to be caring, flexible, and nonjudgmental for my clients. I am passionate in helping my clients cope with life's challenges and reach their personal mental health goals. If you're dealing with stress, trauma, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. I do not see any clients under the age of 16.
With 14 years of experience, I bring a steady, grounded presence to therapy, working hard to truly understand my clients so they feel seen, heard, and safe to explore their inner world. I want my clients to know that healing is possible and that trauma does not have to define who they are or who they become. In our work together, we examine thought and behavior patterns with curiosity and without judgment—exploring how you arrived where you are, and more importantly, how you can move forward into a meaningful and fulfilling life. I support individuals in building self-esteem, developing self-compassion, strengthening confidence, and learning to use their voice with clarity and authenticity. Together, we identify your needs, reconnect with your truest self, and cultivate the courage and capacity to take up space in the world.

Welcome! I’m Corrine. Therapy can feel intimidating, but it also offers the opportunity for profound growth and transformation. Together, we’ll create a supportive, collaborative space to explore patterns and beliefs that shape your relationships and responses in life. My goal is to help you build healthy coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and feel empowered to live with clarity and confidence.
Facing changes and challenges alone can be incredibly difficult. I believe everyone deserves a compassionate and understanding supporter to help during these times. I would be honored to accompany you on your journey to wholeness - so reach out, give me a call, and let's create a life you love.

If you’re reading this, it means you exist. Based on your religion, culture, or general belief, you may have a meaning for existence. However, no matter your meaning, one thing is clear - existence can be very challenging for us. There are many ways to cope with the challenges of existing, resulting in different experiences. Therapy is just one way to manage the challenges.
Therapy
There are many ways to approach therapy. One way I like to approach it is to view an individual as a system. In therapy then, we check the system to see what’s working well, what’s neutral, and what’s not going well. In doing this, the goal is to get an individual to admit the reality of things, not what the individual wants or hopes but the present true reality.
It's important to identify and understand the reality of an individual because often there are significant fears and or unstable belief in the individual’s ability to manage challenges and get desired results.
Lack of control – one of the foundational fears for us is the lack of control we seem to have over ourselves and others. How does one cope with seemingly so little control - from how one comes into existence to how will my friend react if I said no.
Whether you’re a veteran in going to therapy or trying it for the first time, we will work as a team to see if we can get you to be how you want to be given the infinite things that are not in your control.
Hello! ! My name is Lorena Vizcarra-Márquez and I am a bilingual, Spanish speaking therapist licensed in the state of CA. I received my Masters in Social Work from USC. I have over 8 years of experience in the field working with adults, teens, couples, and families. My clinical experience ranges from mental health outpatient programs, non-profits organizations, field-based community mental health, and school-based social work.
I’m a licensed therapist who takes a grounded, relational, and practical approach to the work. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and tailored to what you actually need—not a one-size-fits-all experience. My style is warm, direct, and non-judgmental, and I work hard to create a space where you feel understood, validated, and empowered.
I use an eclectic blend of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and experiential techniques to help you make sense of what you’re going through and build the skills to navigate it. Whether we’re challenging unhelpful thought patterns, strengthening coping tools, or exploring deeper emotional or behavioral patterns, we move at a pace that feels safe and meaningful for you.
I’ve spent years helping clients manage anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma responses, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you untangle what’s getting in the way, reconnect with your strengths, and feel more grounded and confident in your daily life. Therapy with me is a place to grow, heal, and build lasting change—with support every step of the way.

Hi, my name is Shahnoor! I am an LCSW with a Master's degree from USC and a background in Sociology and Gender Studies from UCLA. My approach to therapy is rooted in decolonized, trauma-informed care that recognizes the intersections of identity, culture, and experience. Hola! I go by Ruth! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). For me, therapy is a place where you can be you, be free of judgment, and, most importantly, connect and feel understood with whatever struggles are taking place. My communication style is warm and encouraging. Creating a safe space and an accommodating environment in sessions is always my priority.
Is this the first time you thinking about having therapy? Let's talk about what therapy is and is not. Tell me your expectations. Therapy is in part, talking about how you are feeling whether you have depression, anxiety, or feel overwhelmed by your work, family or relationships or by all three . But that is just the beginning. My name is Judith Copeland, I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I want to help you achieve the positive changes would you like to see in your life.
Do you feel you cannot cope, have no self-esteem or don’t even know what will make you happy? Together we will uncover your strengths and you will learn the skills you need to better manage your emotions. I use several treatment methods including, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Integrative Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to tailor your care to your specific needs.
We will explore what is holding you back from achieving your goals and help you heal from past traumas. You will learn how your negative beliefs influence your mood and get in the way of your happiness. Often, we forget that everything is connected. Mind, Body, and Spirit. We need to take care of ourselves physically, psychologically, and spiritually. We often don’t really understand how deeply connected they are to our well-being. I will help you learn that self-care is just as important and or even more important as everything else you do.
We have within ourselves the ability to create the life we want and become the person we want to be. I would like to support you on this journey and look forward to meeting you.
Sydelcis Mendez (Syd) is a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in crisis, trauma, anxiety, and stress management as it relates to individuals, couples, and families during life transitions. Raised in the Bronx by her Dominican family, she witnessed the gaps in resources and opportunities for individuals of different backgrounds. Syd became a therapist after seeing the mental health strains in her community and noting the underrepresentation of qualified providers who provided culturally-sensitive treatment and systems-oriented support.
Throughout her career, she has served individuals grappling with substance use challenges, homelessness/transient issues, health concerns, developmental needs, sexual assault, domestic violence, addiction, military service/veteran affairs issues, as well as family or marital challenges.
Ever since I was a young man, I had the desire to help others in need. My classmates told me that I should be a psychiatrist due to the fact I had a natural ability to read people very well. I am glad I get to do what I am passionate about for a living; it feels as if I am not working at all because I enjoy the work so much. My style of therapy is conversational. I would never ask what is wrong with you, but what is right with you. Working from the strengths perspective is important because enhancing our strengths can help you be a better person and what is why you come to therapy in the first place.

As an individual, I consider myself to be analytical, intellectual, insightful, creative, and passionate. I have clinical experience providing services to individuals and families from a diverse population. I am enthusiastic about putting my skills to service and assisting my clients in the process of healing and growth.
Difficulty relaxing? Constantly overthinking? Overwhelmed by your emotions?
Feeling stuck?
My name is Danielle, and I specialize in supporting women who are struggling to manage anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, PTSD and/or a pattern of unhealthy relationships. Women who may be frustrated that their coping tools are no longer working, or those who feel ready to shift from managing their emotional pain to healing it.
Although it can be therapeutic to talk about our problems, I believe that we need to feel our emotions to truly heal. I specialize in using Brainspotting and somatic techniques to support you in healing emotional stress/trauma and creating a stronger relationship with yourself.
I approach therapy with an open mind and heart, providing a safe space to address your concerns without shame or judgment. I believe that you are the expert on yourself, and my role is to support and guide you toward healing whatever is keeping you stuck.
I provide a safe place to explore and deal with difficult, ongoing, and often painful issues, using over twenty years of experience. I offer a simple and gentle approach that avoids re-traumatizing while working on understanding and discharging old traumas and stress. My trauma-informed, holistic approach includes somatic, emotional, and cognitive processing and integration. Healing is a double-sided process, working through healing the past while building and reinforcing your present sense of Self and interacting more successfully in your life. I am a trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and practice Psychotherapy with multiple adjunct therapies to integrate mind and body with Somatic Experiencing (SE) and other Evidence Based Therapies such as EMDR, Life Goals, Whole Health, Movement Therapy, and more.
While providing a nonjudgmental environment, I offer warmth, compassion, and empathy while serving my clients, in an effort to assist them with identifying and achieving their desired outcomes. I focus on helping my clients gain insight and awareness into themselves, their problems/barriers and relationships, so they can become active agents of change in their lives, and become a person with whom they are content.

The pace of our conversations will be different from the rest of your life: slower, steadier, more honest. Greetings! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Clinical Supervisor based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Washington and have been practicing since 2006. In my personal experiences, I am a mother to a biological child and a step child. My early years were impacted by toxic relationships, substance abuse, divorce, parental suicide, blending of families. Setting and enforcing boundaries did not come naturally to me and is something I am continuously working on. In my experience as a therapy client, I have disliked working therapists who are blank slates. Therapy is a relational experience and I bring my wisdom and personal experiences into the therapeutic process when appropriate. I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and avoidant and self-destructive behaviors become the best versions of themselves.
Welcome — You Deserve a Space to Be Seen and Heard
As a proud Latinx, cisgender woman and the first in my family to earn a college degree, I understand the strength it takes to navigate multiple worlds — balancing cultural expectations, family responsibilities, and personal goals. Living with a vision impairment has deepened my appreciation for how our identities intersect and shape the way we experience life, resilience, and healing.
In our work together, I offer a culturally affirming and inclusive space where your story matters. Whether you’re exploring generational patterns, identity, or simply seeking relief from life’s pressures, I bring both personal insight and professional experience to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Let’s connect and see how therapy can support your growth and well-being.

Hi, I’m Ravina, a licensed therapist (LPCC, #16404) with a deeply personal mission to create brave, healing spaces where individuals can grow, unlearn, and embrace alignment with their authentic selves. I am also a spoken word artist, published author, speaker, and cat mama of two. Through my own journey, I learned that silencing myself felt safer, people-pleasing seemed preferable, and stepping into the back row was easier than claiming my full voice. I lived for years with anxiety, trauma, and depression in the background, believing this was normal. Over time, I was fortunate to access spaces where I could process trauma, unlearn cultural conditioning, and center my voice. As both a professional artist and therapist, I’ve embraced the truth that my story matters—and I deeply believe yours does too. In sessions, I draw from a range of evidence-based and intersectional approaches, including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic and Interpersonal Therapy, and Attachment-Based approaches. While these methods are well-established, I intentionally de-center colonial and outdated techniques, keeping your goals, needs, and lived experience at the forefront. My aim is to create a warm, purposeful space where therapy feels authentic to you. I honor that therapy is not one-size-fits-all; it should not feel cold, rigid, or dictated by someone else’s agenda. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, respecting your time, and supporting your intentional choice to be here. Some journeys last months, others years—but together we work consistently and purposefully so you can move from surviving to thriving, and bloom into alignment with your true self. I am honored to witness your healing journey, exploring, unlearning, re-learning, and embracing all parts of your story as we navigate life, symptoms, and growth—together.

Hi, I'm Amani!
Living in the moment means letting go of the past & not waiting for the future. It means living your life consciously, aware that each moment you breathe is a gift." -Oprah W.
I am a witness to the family stories of trauma, racism, environmental & social injustices that negatively impact family structures. This experience influenced my desire to become a clinician to support the healing process of individuals subject to historical life events & current circumstances which circumvent individuals from accessing their full potentials & their capacity to influence their lives with efficacy.
With longevity in clinical practice, I work with individuals facing life transitions, grief & loss, depression, anxiety, trauma & other issues that stymie hope and joy, desires & dreams; & life goals. Adjusting & adapting to life’s moments & experiences can be both fulfilling & challenging.
As a collaborative partner, I will assist in exploring and facing the trials that hinder moving to the next chapter of one’s life. By employing evidenced-based practices and interventions that are tailored to meet individual needs, we write that next chapter.
You want to change your feelings, thoughts, or behaviors, but every time you try, it blows up in your face. (Not literally...hopefully.) How do you get unstuck?! The most important factor is the relationship with your therapist. My main focus is teaming up with you - not telling you what to do - to figure out how to help you create new patterns.
My practice mostly revolves around increasing your awareness of what’s happening in your mind and your body – and above all, respecting your experience. My approach focuses on mindfulness, DBT, and post-traumatic growth. This takes work, but with the help of someone you trust, you absolutely can change the structure of your brain!
As much as I may be in the most privileged of demographics (see photo), I’ve taken a lifetime’s worth of feeling inferior and deployed it for good: Being able to empathize with you, the client. I've worked extensively with anger, grief, substance use, LGBTQ+-related issues, insomnia, racial identity, relationship issues, sports performance, etc.
I have an easygoing way of communicating with clients. My communication style definitely doesn't have that solemn, overly serious tone that you might see depicted in movie therapists. Just to forewarn: My sessions can and will include some (very lame) jokes here and there, but that does not mean I don't take your struggle seriously.
I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training in EMDR, I integrate Humanistic, Attachment- and Trauma-Informed perspectives, along with Family Systems theory, to guide my work. I continue to be passionate about continued education to ensure quality care and connection to new data and information.
