I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports parents, children, and individuals navigating trauma and relationship challenges. I offer a warm, collaborative space to reflect, heal, and take meaningful steps toward change. With experience in early childhood, special needs, and immigrant families—and as a parent myself—I bring empathy and insight to our work. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths and focus on what matters most to you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first sessions, we’ll build trust, explore your strengths, and gently clarify your goals. I believe healing starts with self-awareness and care. If you’re seeking a compassionate space to grow, reconnect, and support your family’s well-being, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore how your past shapes your present while also helping you take meaningful steps forward. With professional and lived experience, I bring deep empathy to both adult and child perspectives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support parents, children, and individuals who are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions. Many of my clients are seeking a compassionate space to better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and build healthier connections with the people in their lives. I also work closely with families of young and elementary-aged children, including those with special needs, and individuals from immigrant backgrounds. If you’re open to reflection, growth, and building on your strengths, we can work together to help you move toward the life and relationships you want.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I use attachment-based therapy to help you explore how your early relationships may shape the way you connect with others, experience trust, and manage emotions today. Together, we’ll look at these patterns in a supportive space so you can develop healthier, more secure ways of relating to yourself and the people in your life.

Play Therapy

I use play therapy to help children express their thoughts and feelings in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them. Through play, I work with children (and adults!) to understand their experiences, build emotional skills, and support healthier ways of coping and connecting with others.

Strength-Based

I use a strengths-based approach because I believe starting from your existing strengths, resilience, and values is one of the most effective ways to create meaningful change. Together, we’ll identify what’s already working in your life and build on those strengths to help you move toward your goals.
