Hi there, I'm Randy, Are you tired of being triggered, being reminded of stressful events, feeling edgy, irritable, anxious, panicky, angry, depressed, isolated, fatigued, numb and not knowing what to do about it? I am here to help! Si hablo espanol. I have helped our nation's finest heal from the battlefield, and survivors of military sexual assault find a better balance. I have also worked with our men and women in fire and police service, and with gold star families grieve the loss of their loved ones. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or have had multiple therapists in the past, I acknowledge your courage in seeking help. What you will find with me is a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together I will treat you with compassion, and techniques, to help you overcome your issues. Together we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specifics of challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I think that my niche is being able to relate to clients on many levels, being a veteran and growing up in a lower socioeconomic background and having gone to school on VA education benefits has allowed me the ability to look at life with a different lens than most. So when I meet with clients who have gone thru struggles I can connect instantly and help them on their journey because I too have struggled and am here to walk with you on your path to healing.
