In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Each client is unique!!! I definitely do not use a cookie cutter approach. After getting to know you as a person, struggles, hardships, behavioral and mental challenges, I will work with you on understanding therapeutic modalities that are evidenced based and decide which one will be most fitting given your needs.
My biggest strengths are in mental health, family and children services, working with treatment programs and collaborating with clients to understand their strengths, weaknesses and identifying achievable goals.
