My name is Quashanté Ollivierre, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I obtained my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Communication from Southern Connecticut University and Masters of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Saint Joseph. I have many years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, and school mental health treatment helping many individuals and families work through difficult challenges. I am passionate about helping Women ages 16 to 50 create a healthier relationship with themselves and others while working toward their ambitions, trying to grow, and find balance. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self care, relationship issues, and career difficulties.
It is my goal to create a non-judgmental space where you can freely embrace who you are while working toward your goals, trying to grow, and find balance.
My style is empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental & proactive allowing you to feel supported and empowered through the therapy process. My goal is to guide you in finding clarity, solutions, and feel in control of your life transformation.
I use a CBT approach to teach clients mindfulness and cognitive tools to help achieve healthier thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I work collaboratively with my client to empower them to take the necessary steps toward their goals and attaining the life transformation they want for themselves.
