I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who blends clinical precision with genuine human connection. I don’t believe therapy should feel distant or scripted, it should feel intentional, focused, and grounded in real conversation. I’m engaged, attentive, and not afraid to ask the thoughtful questions that move us past surface level insight. Clients work with me because I balance warmth with direction. I’ll validate your experience, but I’ll also help you challenge patterns that no longer serve you. When appropriate, I bring a grounded sense of humor and authenticity into the room, because meaningful work can still feel approachable. If you’re looking for therapy that is purposeful, collaborative, and designed to create lasting change, you’ll find that here.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a chance to begin your journey toward clarity, growth, and lasting change. Together, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and the goals you hope to achieve. I’ll ask questions about your history, coping strategies, and patterns, while also getting a sense of your strengths and what matters most to you. This session is a safe, welcoming space where your experiences are heard and valued. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered from the very beginning. By the end of our time together, you’ll have a clear sense of how we’ll work together, what therapy with me feels like, and the next steps to start creating meaningful change. Think of our first session as the starting point . A place to feel seen, understood, and energized to take the next step toward the life and emotional balance you deserve.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I help clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity, purpose, and confidence. Grounded in evidence-based practice and a deep understanding of human experience, I provide guidance, insight, and practical strategies tailored to your unique journey. In a supportive and collaborative space, I empower clients to overcome obstacles, make thoughtful choices, and take meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. My approach is intentional, compassionate, and focused on helping you create real, lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are ready to explore their inner world, gain insight into their patterns, and take an active role in their growth. Many of my clients seek support for anxiety, mood challenges, trauma-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation, or difficulties in relationships and life transitions. Others are looking to break free from recurring patterns or find more balance and clarity in daily life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a core treatment modality in my clinical practice. My training and experience allow me to help clients identify maladaptive cognitive distortions, challenge unhelpful belief systems, and develop more adaptive coping strategies. My application of CBT is structured but flexible. I tailor interventions to the developmental level, cultural context, and clinical needs of each client.

Trauma Informed Care

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Trauma-Informed Care is not just a treatment modality I use, it is the foundation of how I conceptualize and deliver therapy. My clinical approach recognizes the widespread impact of trauma and understands that many emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges are rooted in adverse or overwhelming experiences. Trauma-Informed Care guides every aspect of my work, from intake assessment to treatment planning to termination.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In my clinical work, I utilize DBT-informed interventions with clients presenting with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related symptoms, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, interpersonal difficulties, and impulse control concerns. My use of DBT is structured yet individualized. Interventions are adapted to the client’s developmental stage, cultural context, and treatment goals.

Psychoanalytic

My clinical work is also informed in part by Psychoanalysis and psychodynamic theory. I help clients examine how formative relationships and early environmental influences shape their internal working models and current interpersonal patterns. Interventions are tailored to the client’s level of functioning, treatment goals, and readiness for insight-oriented work. My approach balances depth-oriented exploration with practical application, supporting clients in developing both insight and meaningful behavioral change. This integration allows for sustained emotional growth, improved relational capacity, and enhanced self understanding.
