Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we’ll spend some time getting to know each other and exploring the challenges that brought you to therapy. This conversation will help us begin to clarify your goals and create a plan for future sessions that supports your progress and personal growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to connect with clients in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental. I specialize in helping clients navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and social phobias, as well as life transitions, workplace stress, and career difficulties. I’m especially passionate about working with women and young adults who may be struggling with self-esteem, identity, or communication in relationships. I also bring deep experience in helping clients work through family dynamics, unresolved guilt or shame, and issues related to life purpose, money, and self-worth. Whether you're working on setting healthy boundaries, healing from the past, or finding direction in a new season of life, I aim to provide practical, empowering strategies rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches. My goal is always to meet you where you are, while helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion for yourself.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, as it keeps my work engaging and allows me to bring fresh perspective to each session. I’ve found I’m especially effective with teens, young adults, and women who may be navigating challenges with self-esteem, anxiety, or communication. Supporting clients in building confidence and developing stronger emotional and interpersonal skills is an area where I thrive.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT can be used to help people learn to control their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. CBT can help people deal with problems more positively by breaking them down into smaller parts and changing negative patterns.

Positive Psychology

Positive psychology exercises and interventions can help clients become more self-aware and identify their positive traits, talents, and strengths. These strategies will hopefully increase the client's positive emotions and build hope and well-being.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-focused therapy, is a goal-oriented and collaborative type of therapy that focuses on finding solutions to current problems. Clients are the experts on their own lives and have the resources and skills to solve their own problems. The therapist's role is to provide support, guidance, and structure to help the client find and implement solutions.
