New to Grow
Hello, I'm Tamesha Wiggins, a client centered psychotherapist passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and understood. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted please know you don't have to go through it alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what's weighing on you and begin to heal at your own pace. I work with adults, couples, families, and older adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and the deep often invisible wounds left by narcissistic abuse and divorce.
Our first therapeutic session will be geared to help me learn more about you. I am interested in the ways that I can support you, in your journey of the growth and personal development.
