Hello, I'm Tamesha Wiggins, a client centered psychotherapist passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and understood. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted please know you don't have to go through it alone. I work with adults, couples, families, and older adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and the deep often invisible wounds left by narcissistic abuse and divorce.

As an African American, female therapist, I have a particular viewpoint that is unique to myself, and those from the diaspora. My Christian background and Strengths Based approach to psychotherapy has been proven time and time again to be a successful with clients.
