Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from Connecticut. I received my Master's Degree from New York University (NYU) with a focus on Counseling for Mental Health & Wellness and a research interest in spirituality and trauma. I am interested in helping with all areas of life, whether you want to improve relationships, friendships or careers. If you need someone to talk to about any area of life, I can listen to your concerns and help you navigate a way forward. I can offer a perspective rooted in empathy and self-acceptance. I utilize an integrative, eclectic approach to therapy.

First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then I would like to learn more about what brings you to therapy. I would like to better understand your goals for therapy. What brings you to therapy can be immediate challenges or long-standing issues. I would like to develop a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
