Hi, I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years' experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I achieved my Masters of Social Work at Southern University at New Orleans and a Bachelors of Psychology at Xavier University of Louisiana. I currently work individually with adults suffering from anxiety, depression and addictive issues via telehealth.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share how you feel about where your life is and where you would like it to be. I will then ascertain if I posses the training and experience to help you. If you feel comfortable working with me and I feel I can help you then we will schedule a follow up visit. If not I will assist you in obtaining another provider.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I truly believe what makes me unique is my ability to to help my clients find their strength and resources. We then build on these in sessions by adding skills such as assertive communication, boundary setting , and self-care as you get closer to your defined goals.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am honored to share the journey with adults who are experiencing the challenges that often come with life. My ideal client is receptive to building on strengths and resources to achieve their life goals.
