I’m Tiffany Settles, a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and Ohio dedicated to helping individuals find clarity, balance, and a deeper understanding of themselves. I enjoy working with clients who feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or unsure of their next step, want to expand they choices, improve decision-making, and respond to life with more intention instead of reacting from stress or fear.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a wife to an amazing therapist, a mom of four children, an avid crocheter, and gardener. These parts of my life help shape the warmth, creativity, and groundedness I bring into my work.
When I’m not in session, I enjoy creating and publishing reflective journals, volunteering, public speaking, and facilitating mental health workshops. I also participate in local wellness fairs where I share mental health education, resources, and support efforts to reduce the stigma around seeking help.
I began my work in mental health in 2005 after earning my degree in psychology, starting in adolescent residential care before moving into one-on-one therapy. With a master’s in clinical psychology and experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, stress, and life transitions, I provide humanistic, person-centered care that treats the whole individual, not just their symptoms. As someone who has lived with type 1 diabetes for over thirty-five years, I understand the daily work of seeking peace and stability, and I bring that compassion into my work with clients.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I help clients build emotional regulation skills, increase self-awareness, explore patterns, and identify choices that support confidence, healing, and personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences with honesty and grace while learning to offer themselves the same compassion they often give to others.
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 20 years of experience specializing in substance use disorder treatment, I provide a unique understanding to the disease of addiction, anxiety, depression and other underlying conditions. I use a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and faith based treatment. I am person of deep faith who loves his wife and 2 children. Family means a great deal to me and has been a wonderful support system to me along my life journey. I would love to help individuals find the support they need to assist them along their own personal journeys of life.
I’m a therapist who believes therapy should feel grounded, human, and attuned to your real-life experiences. I work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that honors emotional capacity, identity, and life transitions.
I specialize in depression, anxiety disorders, and perinatal mental health, supporting clients through periods of change, uncertainty, and growth. My style is collaborative and thoughtful, creating space to slow down, build insight, and develop tools that feel sustainable and supportive—not forced or performative.
I am a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) with over 20 years of experience and dual credentials in mental health and substance abuse treatment in Ohio. I support adults navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship struggles, grief, and low motivation—helping clients feel safer, more grounded, and capable of change. My approach is collaborative and practical, offering both emotional support and evidence-based strategies to empower clients as they work toward meaningful, lasting growth.
I was drawn to this work by my beloved family member, who lived her life with a mental illness. Watching her courage taught me early on that healing happens in relationships—when we feel seen, safe, and supported. Outside the office, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, planning my next travel adventure, or getting some fresh air and exercise. These keep me grounded and curious—qualities I bring to our work.
I have over 13 years of experience asa mental health and substance use counselor. I have worked primarily with adults in both residential and out patient settings. I love to see those "lightbulb" moments when something a client has been working on clicks. That is when the real change happens. Whether it takes a couple sessions or a lifetime of sessions, I will meet a person where they are and work at their pace.
Hello! I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) based in Ohio. I received my Master's in Social Work from Ohio University and have been practicing for 6 years. I've helped individuals 5 to 65 years of age struggling with things such as various mood disorders, anxiety, and addiction become the best versions of themselves. Being trained as a Social Worker, I strongly believe that people should be treated with respect and care, regardless of their life circumstances. I am intentional when working with clients to partner with them in setting goals, changing behaviors, and addressing symptoms to help empower and encourage them to be the version of themselves they want to be.
Hi, I’m Sarah! I'm a licensed therapist who offers online therapy for adults in Ohio and Colorado.
Many of the people I work with are doing their best — but feel stretched thin, stuck in the same patterns, and unsure of how to calm the noise in their mind and body.
In therapy, we’ll gently take a look at what’s going on beneath your patterns — with your stress response, thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the experiences that shaped them. My style is practical and supportive. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and mindfulness, and I also bring in body-based and energy-psychology tools when they’re helpful — so we’re not only talking about what’s hard, we’re building skills that help you actually feel different over time.
I aim to create a space that feels safe, warm, and grounded — where you can understand yourself with more compassion and feel empowered to move toward the life and relationships you most want.
Please note: I do not currently provide substance abuse treatment or services for clients actively struggling with substance use. If substance use is your primary concern, I encourage you to seek support from a provider who specializes in addiction and recovery.
I currently offer remote individual therapy sessions for adults only. I do not provide couples therapy through my therapy practice or through Grow. I do, however, work with couples separately through my coaching practice, which is outside of Grow Therapy. You can learn more here: https://sarahschweppe.com/couples-coaching
I’m Michael Woods Jr., a licensed professional clinical counselor with over 15 years of experience. I help people who are dealing with stress, pressure, and feeling stuck—even when things on the outside look like they should be working.
My approach is real and straightforward. I’m not just here to listen—I’m here to help you understand what’s actually going on and give you practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I focus a lot on how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and how to start responding differently instead of reacting on autopilot.
A big part of my work is helping people build awareness, take ownership, and develop the mental skills needed to handle challenges more effectively. I also bring in my background in athletics and performance, so there’s an emphasis on consistency, discipline, and doing the work—not just talking about it.
I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, and grief. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when life shifts in ways you didn’t expect or when you’re trying to hold everything together for everyone else.
In our work together, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, process what you’re going through, and start to make sense of it. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and equipped with tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life

I earned my doctorate and post-graduate master's degrees in psychology and my master's degree in counseling from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. Professionally, I retired from the United States Air Force as a senior non-commissioned officer, and since retiring, have worked in several different behavioral health settings. In addition to my private practice, I am a graduate-level adjunct professor of counseling psychology.
I am an African American female with a strong educational and professional foundation in both mental health and business. I earned a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from South University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cleveland State University. My combined educational background and life experience have shaped my understanding of human behavior, emotional triggers, coping mechanisms, and the importance of healthy boundaries. I am committed to helping individuals feel seen, heard, and understood while supporting them in developing practical tools for emotional and personal growth.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background working with adults, adoptees, and trauma. My therapeutic approach revolves around building a relationship with my clients and establishing the core issue of what is a challenge for them by facilitating a place for them to be transparent with themselves, judgment-free. I have experience working with all walks of life and have held an assortment of different roles in the field working with social services, foster care, adoption, and healthcare. These experiences have made me well-rounded when it comes to addressing cultures and beliefs that differ from my own. The first step toward getting better is having the courage to ask for help. Let's meet for a session and get to know one another.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I strive to create an environment where you feel genuinely seen, accepted, and understood. You can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. After all, we're only human.
I enjoy helping people make sense of their experiences by combining compassion with practical tools and meaningful insight. I'm naturally curious and creative in my thinking, and I often incorporate psychoeducation to help clients better understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences. While I take my clients and their struggles seriously, I also believe there is room for humor and lightness in the healing process when the moment calls for it.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build confidence in yourself, and rediscover hope.
Welcome to my practice. I am dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change.

I have a heart for working with kids and teens with traumatic experiences. My passion began while I was still in high school and wanted to be a teacher. I worked in various daycare facilities as well as having my own in-home daycare and decided I wanted to help kids (and adults) in a more in-depth manner. That is when I began my journey into social work and found my true calling in life.
I have experience working with children and adolescents who have been through, or are currently in, the child welfare system as well as working with older teens with substance abuse/misuse issues.
