In our first session together, here's what you can expect
When we first met you can except YOU to run the show, you share what you want to share. If there anything that you wish to not disclose you can do that. You will also decide if WE are a good fit and if not please go and find someone who is a better fit. Finding a therapist is like dating, sometimes we have to "shop" around.

I liked her profile when I began & we clicked right away. She helped me thru a horrible break up. Pushed me & challenged me to look deep into myself. She has been amazing with my daughter when shes around. I love her, she listens & gives me amazing input to challenge me to be better. I think more before I speak /text people back. I've been reading more books to better myself which is something I never would have done before my therapy. Easy to talk to & is like a best friend w/great motivation.
