Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) in Ohio. I received my Master's degree from Wright State University and have been practicing in the field for 8 years. I'm a generalist that works with a wide variety of clients with different concerns ranging from adjustment to mood disorders. I have vast experience with adolescents, young adults, and adults.
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and an overview of confidentiality. We will complete an intake assessment so I can better understand your concerns. This will help us develop goals for our sessions.
With my experience as a college counselor, I have developed expertise in advising clients in stress management, resilience building, and coping strategies.
I specialize in supporting and empowering clients through life transitions (college adjustment, divorce, parenthood, etc). Whether you are struggling with specific issues or looking for a safe space to reflect, I am here to support you. I can help you develop healthy coping mechanisms, manage stress, and foster a stronger sense of self.

Only the first session, but Mandie is a good listener and provided a platform for me to share what I’m feeling. She also provided some insight into how to correct my actions and what I’m in need of moving forward.

Mandi was great. We were able to relate to alot and she was able to give me advise on what to work recored our next session.
I believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy, which means addressing the full scope of your experience, mentally, physically, spiritually, and more. I use CBT to identify, challenge, and replace negative thought cycles with more balanced thoughts. Your thoughts don't define you!
I utilize Motivational Interviewing to explore past thought/behavior patterns and how these patterns are showing up in your life today.
I use supportive therapy to validate and explore your feelings and behaviors.
Attachment based theory is applicable when addressing relationship concerns. Regardless of whether that relationship is with a partner, family, friends, etc. We'll explore your attachment style and how this is showing up in your relatoinships.
