I am a licensed independent marriage and family therapist, with several years of experience in a variety of settings. As a therapist, I strive to help my clients feel secure and empowered throughout their journey to healing and growth. I believe in the power of connection and vulnerability to show up authentically as individuals. I am committed to creating an open and safe space that encourages clients to explore all parts of themselves.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first appointment, I will ask about your current concerns, past experiences, and begin to explore goals for therapy. I try to prioritize time for you to share the information you feel is important. I also prioritize discussing strengths and protective factors in the first appointment.

I recognize that our physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual health are all interconnected. I am committed to creating an open and safe space so that you can feel truly comfortable being yourself. You will have the opportunity to lead and ask questions so that no session goes by without touching on all of the topics you want to work on.

I work with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of concerns including relational distress/conflict, infidelity, parenting concerns, communication challenges, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and coping with life stressors.
