I’m a licensed therapist and coach who helps high-achievers and leaders go from stressed and stuck to calm, confident, and fully alive. Using my unique blend of EMDR, CBT, nervous system work, and soulful mindset support, I help clients heal old patterns, regulate their emotions, and step into a life where they can enjoy more ease, more joy, and more loving relationships without sacrificing their big dreams or performance at work. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you-what’s working in your life, where you feel stuck, and what you’d like to change. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, your current challenges, and your goals, and together we’ll create a plan that feels both supportive and doable. You can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, and we’ll also talk through practical tools you can start using right away. Many clients leave the first session feeling lighter, clearer, and hopeful about the changes ahead.
What makes my work unique is the way I combine evidence-based methods like EMDR and CBT with nervous system regulation, somatic support, and mindset growth. I’m skilled at helping clients quickly identify the root of their stress and anxiety, rewire unhelpful patterns, and create lasting change. I work best with high-achieving adults (ie. entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, and leaders) who are outwardly successful but inwardly carrying stress, anxiety, or old patterns that keep them from feeling fully at ease. My clients are driven and ambitious, yet they want more than achievement alone: they want healthier relationships, more joy, deeper confidence, and the ability to thrive without burning out. Whether it’s managing performance pressures, healing from past experiences, or creating space for calm and clarity, I help clients expand their capacity to succeed while feeling grounded, connected, and fulfilled.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach I use to help clients resolve past experiences, manage anxiety, and build supportive beliefs. In my practice, EMDR is a powerful tool not only for healing trauma but also for improving stress resilience, enhancing performance, and strengthening self-worth. I integrate EMDR with coping strategies and mindfulness so clients feel calm, confident, and better equipped to handle both personal challenges and high-performance demands.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work on identifying unhelpful patterns, reducing anxiety, and building healthier ways of thinking and responding. CBT is especially effective for stress management, performance challenges, and shifting negative self-talk into confidence and clarity, both in personal life and in leadership roles.
