As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, I am passionate about working with individuals and families who are ready to better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change. My ideal clients may be navigating crisis, life transitions, or ongoing challenges such as co-occurring concerns, and are open to exploring the root causes of what they’re experiencing while developing practical tools for long-term growth.
I take a strengths-based approach, believing that each person already holds the foundation needed for success. Together, we identify and build on those strengths to move through obstacles with confidence and clarity. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University with a concentration in Drugs and Alcohol, and my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bowling Green State University.
With over eight years of experience supporting children, families, and adults—including those involved in foster care, caregiving systems, and crisis situations—I am comfortable working with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. I especially enjoy partnering with individuals and families who are motivated to create change, even if they’re not quite sure where to begin.
I began my journey as a therapist while I was Active Duty military and I saw firsthand how trauma was so prominent whether from childhood and/or combat related. With the different treatment options available, I feel that I have an opportunity to help in the healing journey for anyone seeking therapy. I have been licensed for 7 years and have experience treating individuals who have experienced trauma through work, childhood, or adulthood. I offer daytime availability to individuals who may work evenings, professionals, caregivers, or students.

I have extensive experience working with diverse populations navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, acculturation stress, identity-related challenges, domestic violence, and major life transitions.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I utilize evidence-based practices including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and Solution-Focused Therapy while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals. I also incorporate multicultural and non-Western approaches when appropriate to ensure clients feel seen, respected, and understood.
