About me

We all experience life differently and sometimes trying to figure out how to handle those experiences can be overwhelming. I am here for you, so you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to provide you with a warm, safe, and inviting environment where I can help you with processing any thoughts and feelings you may have about life challenges. I am a LISW-S and have over 16 years experience working with adults, children, teens, families, and groups. My primary areas of focus have been anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, behavioral issues, anger management, stress management and sexual abuse. In session, we will learn how our thoughts lead to our feelings and behaviors and how to use those thoughts to ensure better outcomes. I will give you the tools to help you better deal with life stressors while empowering you to do so.

Linda is comfortable telling me what she hears when I’m talking with her. I might have just said I’m not feeling anger toward someone. Yet, Linda said anger is what she heard. She’s calmly direct and I know she’s not judging me. She is warm and compassionate and still extremely able to hold me accountable. I truly value our relationship.

Linda is amazing, she has helped me to find my lost confidence and learn to think more clearly about how past circumstance / challenges are impacting my health today. I look forward to many more sessions as I grow and feel positive about my care plan. 10 stars at least.

Linda is an amazing therapist. She is very easy to talk with like your talking with a good friend. She is honest and direct, but she is also warm and up lifting. She is very open-minded and challenges you to take the steps you need to take to help your self. She is the best therapist I have had in a long time.
