I help adults navigate addiction, compulsive behaviors, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach combines compassion, accountability, and practical tools to help you gain insight, break unhealthy patterns, strengthen relationships, and build the life you want.
The first session is your opportunity to describe what you want from therapy and how you would know things are getting better. We'll focus on your goals, strengths, and desired outcomes while identifying practical solutions that can help you make progress. My role is to help you build on what's already working and create meaningful change.
I believe people come to therapy because they want something in their lives to be different. My role is to help them identify what that looks like and build a path toward it. Clients describe me as warm, direct, and easy to talk to. I provide a supportive space while also challenging unhelpful patterns and helping clients recognize strengths they may have forgotten they possess.
