I graduated with a M. Ed with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling in 2012, have been an LPC since 2013. I received my Independent Chemical Dependency License in 2021 and my Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in 2025. I draw from multiple theoretical approaches and techniques, tailoring your treatment plan to your needs by selecting the most effective methods from various therapies, rather than strictly adhering to one specific school of thought.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will begin with an assessment to understand you and your past and current life situations. I will formulate a diagnosis and collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan to guide our work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I assist client's to learn a deeper understanding of their emotions and thought processes, I hold a safe space to openly discuss their concerns, support in identifying patterns and challenges, guidance on developing coping mechanisms, and potential strategies to address issues impacting their well-being, all while feeling heard, validated, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I have had the privilege to work with a wide variety of disorders and demographics.
