My mission as a therapist is to empower my clients with an unbiased, supportive, and compassionate approach to therapy that works to identify and disrupt the limiting beliefs that we and society tend to impose on ourselves. My hope is to create new pathways to healing and growth in order for you to improve your overall well-being as well as your relationships. In our first session, we will complete brief introductions and I will review confidentiality agreement with you. Then, we will dive into your primary stressors while you share how you believe therapy can be most helpful and any expectations you have for me as your provider.
I believe that my work tends to resonate most with women and men who are struggling with their self concept and ability to self-trust. I also enjoy using contemporary culture and news to conceptualize and understand human behavior.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy focuses on the mind body connection, I primarily focus on emotion and nervous system regulation.
