New to Grow
Hi, I’m Kacey, a mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, fulfilling lives. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing practical skills for growth and resilience. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on empowering you to better understand yourself and create positive change.
During your first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what feels most important, and get a sense of whether my approach feels like a good fit for you. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is my focus on creating a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable being open and authentic. I take a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique experiences, goals, and strengths.
I’m best positioned to work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained and are seeking support in navigating life’s challenges. Many of my clients are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, or the pressures of balancing work, family, and personal expectations. I work well with people who are ready to develop improvement in their lives and are open to better understanding their thoughts, emotions, and patterns so they can build healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
