Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together on the challenges you’re facing. I look forward to working with you!
Our first session is about getting to know one another. I am here to answer any questions you have and to help out in any way I can.
I truly love my work and considerate my personal calling.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My approach to cognitive behavioral therapy emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and practical skills. I help clients identify unhelpful thoughts, examine how those patterns affect emotions and behavior, and practice healthier ways of thinking and responding. Through structured exercises, reflection, and real-life application, clients build resilience, insight, and lasting change.

Jim is very kind, a good listener, and good questions were asked of us. We appreciated our first session very much.

I have only had one meeting with Jim, but i feel like he is a good fit. He is warm, genuine, and we share similar lifestyle interests. i think confiding in him and sharing solutions will forge a healthy therapist/patient relationship.

I like Jim's simple approach to communication struggles we might have. He offers an opportunity to see each other's perspectives. Jim is kind, but also challenging when we need it.
