Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I help clients identify unhelpful thoughts, examine how those patterns affect emotions and behavior, and practice healthier ways of thinking and responding. Through structured exercises, reflection, and real-life application, clients build resilience, insight, and lasting change.

I have only had one meeting with Jim, but i feel like he is a good fit. He is warm, genuine, and we share similar lifestyle interests. i think confiding in him and sharing solutions will forge a healthy therapist/patient relationship.

I like Jim's simple approach to communication struggles we might have. He offers an opportunity to see each other's perspectives. Jim is kind, but also challenging when we need it.
